Sit comfortably and enter into a state

of complete peace and tranquility.

Expel any thought that preoccupies

your present personality.

Visualize yourself radiating an all-white luminosity.

Feel only vaguely the confinement of your form.

Feel your weight diminishing.  Feel light,

like you are in an environment

of abundant white-blue light.

You are all-white, and the environment all around you

is filled with abundant white-blue light.

You reach a point now where

you lose completely the sense of your weight.

Gravity is no longer a restraint for you.

Nothing can hold you onto your seat.

You now feel the movement of your consciousness upward.

You ascend and you proceed ever upward.

Feel this motion of your consciousness.

When you reach a certain height,

stop and be still right there.

You look downward and you visualize

that you are at a great height

over your physical location.

You recognize it to be your location

because you know its terrain.

To your right you have the east,

to your left the west.

North is before you and south behind you.

You are suspended over your present location.

From your chest, from the center of your heart,

begin to energize your love's aura.

White-rose light radiates in all directions.

You are all white;

all around you continues to be filled

with abundant white-blue light.

Concentrate; focus on the irradiance downward

and illuminate your home

and the surrounding area for miles around.

Fortify this illuminated area with your love.

This place we inhabit needs a lot of love to balance.

Wish better days ahead for this space.

Wish for right thinking of all the people of this place.

May your love protect this place.

White-rose light blankets your location.

Focus your intent on mutual understanding

and friendship between all peoples in this place

irrespective of ethnicity, religion, ideology,

sexual orientation or political affiliation.

Ask for better days for us all.

Keeping the illumination below in focus,

feel again the upward movement of your consciousness.

You ascend further and further up,

reaching much greater heights.

At a very great height, you become still.

The compass points are as before.

Look down and notice that you see

far more of the planet than before -

neighboring countries, seas, continents and islands.

Your center point is still your physical location.

The light of your loving intent now illuminates this entire scene;

you focus that intent on channeling mutual understanding,

trust and friendship between all peoples, nations and states.

Ask for better days for all peoples;

that differences are solved within the context of humanitarianism,

and not militarism.

May love prevail in this and all parts of the world.

See your consciousness move upward again.

Rest high above the blue-green planet we all inhabit.

Bring into focus far below you the entire shape of our planet.

Cover it with the color of your love.

Embrace the planet with the white-rose color of your heart.

Radiate better days for us all; radiate peace, well-being.

Radiate unconditional love.

May the love of the Absolute, of the great Masters

and of your earthly masters be in your homes,

with your loved ones,

and with the whole world.

That will be all.
